fire station 2

This fire station was developed to serve the needs of Hendersonville’s growing fire administration. While brick is a traditional materail for a fire station, we used corbelling in a non-traditional way to create the impression of the station number. Because this station also housed administrative offices, we created an inviting atrium space for both user groups to enjoy. We made a point to use a historic style red paint for cohesiveness between the brick walls and extensive glass.
